Salt spray testing is an internationally recognized accelerated corrosion test used to verify product resistance to corrosive influences. The corrosion resistance of our products is regularly verified by testing according to the EN ISO 9227:2023 standard. All metal products and components with S1000 surface treatment achieve a minimum resistance of 1000 hours*.

S1000 surface treatment demonstrates exceptional anti-corrosion resistance. In the salt spray test (EN ISO 9227:2023), it withstood 1000 hours without critical red corrosion, significantly exceeding basic galvanic zinc, which failed, and hot-dip galvanizing (typically 300-600 hours). This advanced protection ensures longer lifespan, smoother surface and effective protection even for threaded parts, representing an ideal solution for the most demanding applications.
